dissemination of solid waste management report by the World Bank
“What a Waste 2.0” has been conducted by LG&CD Department in
collaboration with the World Bank and PMDFC, on 7th October,

Sensitization Workshop for PCP
The
Government of Punjab is going to implement Punjab Cities Program
(PCP) with the support of the World Bank to strengthen the
performance of participating Urban Local Government (ULGs) in
urban management and service delivery
In this regard, an orientation / Sensitization workshop was
arranged with the leadership and top management Nadir Ali Bhatti,
Chairmen MC Vehari and Muhammad Shoaib Iqbal, Chief Officers MC
Vehari participat to sensitize about the operations of program
on 28 March 2019. The program will build systems to improve
transparency, accountability, responsiveness of the city
government and will develop municipal infrastructure in MC
Vehari
